This course reviews the components of the tourism products and types and their structures, resources, equipments, and services as they interact with the various components and strata of the local community. It also clarifies tourism contribution to social development, its impact on social activities, its psychological and behavioral influences, as well as the role of the local community in developing and maintaining tourism to achieve desired communal objectives.
